The HGM series ultrafine powder grinding mill is composed of mill host, powder separator, powder collector, Pulse Bag Filter, fan, muffler, sound insulation chamber, crusher,Bucket Elevator silo, feeder and other parts.
After the large material is smashed into small particles by the crusher, it is transmitted into the silo by the Bucket Elevator, and then through the feeder and the sloping feed tube, the material is evenly sent to the bulk plate on the upper part of the rotary table. When the HGM series ultrafine powder grinding mill is working, the mill roller rotates and rolls in the ring. Under the centrifugal action, the material disperses to the periphery and drops into the grinding chamber, and is stamped, rolled and ground by the grinding roller in the ring.
With the continuous suction of the draught fan, the material crushed by multiple layers is brought into the powder separator, and the high-speed rotating impeller is used for screening. The unqualified material falls back to regrinding, and the qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow.
The dust particles with higher density fall and are discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the finished product. The fine dust with lower density enters the dust collector with the air flow and adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse valve controls the high-pressure air flow to spray instantaneously from the inside of the filter bag, and the dust adhering to it falls due to the jitter of the filter bag.A conveyer at the bottom carries the materials collected at both locations for packaging.
