Micro Powder packing machine usually has two types: valve type and opening type, it is adopted with technology of electronically automatic measurement, variable-feed and frequency-converted function; it can be designed to meet customer’s specific requirements according to raw materials characteristics, fineness and flow ability etc. The packing machine is widely used in calcite (GCC), carbon black, talc, feldspar, kaolin, bentonite, AL(OH)3, carborundum, quartz, barite, food etc.

1. Before using the micro powder packing machine, please remove the two screws on the bottom plate first.
2. Plug in the power supply, turn over the switch on the side of the machine, the computer control panel indicator lights up, the machine announces the prompt tone of “drip ~”, press the lower material button, the machine will automatically reset to standby.
3. Pour the powder material to be repacked into the barrel, and press the add/subtract button on the control panel to set the packing weight you need.
4. Set “Fast, Medium and Slow” on the speed control panel to select the speed you need.
5. After selecting the speed, press the start button on the control panel, the machine will enter the full automatic situation and automatically connect to the quantitative and packing.
6. When the micro powder packing machine starts powder packing, the demand is suspended or the material is finished packing, press the stop button to make the machine in standby state.
7. The quantity of quantitative packaging will be displayed in the “quantity” column. If you need to eradicate the value of the display, you can press the zero key or switch the machine from scratch once.
8. When eradicating the external material of micro powder packing machine, please hold the feeding key for 5 seconds, the machine will enter the feeding situation.
1.Lubrication work.
Regularly add lubricating oil to the junctions of the gear teeth, the oil filling hole of the bearing with a seat and each moving part of the micro powder packaging machine, and it is strictly forbidden to run the reducer without oil. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to place the oil tank on the rotating belt to prevent slippage and loss or premature aging of the belt and damage.
2.Cleaning work.
After the equipment is shut down, the measuring part should be cleaned in time.Always clean the heat sealer body to ensure clear sealing lines of the packaged products.The scattered materials should be cleaned up in time, so as to facilitate the cleaning of the parts, so as to better extend their service life. At the same time, we should often clean the powder in the electric control box to prevent short circuit or poor contact and other electrical faults.
3.Perform maintenance.
Before using the ultrafine powder packing machine, it is necessary to check the screws in each part of the machine, without loosening phenomenon, otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the machine, for its electrical parts should pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-rat work. To ensure that the electrical control box and wiring terminals are clean, in case of electrical fault. After the machine is shut down, the two heat sealing bodies should be in the open position, in case of ironing the packaging materials.
