Project background

Nan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China is the “Capital of Quartz Sand in China”. The reserves of quartz sand are very large. The customer saw the quartz sand resources in Nan County, and decided to implement the three-year development plan of the group’s building materials sector “one body with two wings”.

Through various communication and understanding, the customer finally chose to cooperate with Clirik to build a quartz stone crushing production line project with an annual output of 2.5 million tons. The finished materials produced are used in the field of construction materials.

Project design features

1. Advanced technology and high-end configuration

The two-end crushing + aggregate optimization system technology is adopted, the main equipment adopts hydraulic valve control technology, and the global procurement mode ensures that the overall production technology and process equipment are at the leading level in the industry.

2. Adapt measures to local conditions and optimize the plan

The layer-by-layer aggregate optimization system is selected, and the production line equipment is arranged in a centralized manner, which not only saves the floor space, but also facilitates the inspection and maintenance of the equipment.

3.Energy saving and environmental protection, high quality and high efficiency

The project all adopts energy-saving motors, and the unit energy consumption is far lower than the current market situation. The fully enclosed production process adopts a pulse-type dust removal design without dead ends, and the dust emission is less than or equal to 10mg/m3.
